Here is where I have power wire connected.

Here is how I have the connector wired. Green wire from the fan harness is connected to 42 and the blue wire from the fan harness is in 33.

Ok if I put the tester past the connector the fans come on. It works on both wires like that. The truck is off and the fans still come on when I put the tester there.

On which PCM connectors?

I plugged the green wire into the empty 42 slot on one pcm harness and the blue wire into 33 slot on the other. One pcm harness had only 42 open so that's where I plugged in the wire. And vice versa.

It was confusing at first cause the pcm harness had one side with a blue plastic clip and green plastic clip.

Are the fans supposed to run without the tune? I was under the impression the fans will run on low until I get it tuned for them to run properly?
