Joseph, they did a full GDS reflash. The CTS-V flash didn't work because the ECM wasn't communicating with the BCM with that file on it. Flashed it back to the stock Colorado file using their same equipment and the throttle issue was gone. Kudos to John @ Speartech for that one! Now with the reflash, it doesn't make as much boost. Something with the MAP sensor was messed up too. It makes 14.5psi at the bottom of the gear and around 13 at the top. It will be going to the dyno this weekend some time so I can get it dialed in better. I'll be throwing in some 100 octane towards the end to see what she'll do

Any guesses? 6.2L with the TVS1900 at 13-14psi. 91 octane and then 100 octane, 3000 feet above sea level, Mustang eddy current dyno.

Well that's good news! I knew the boost didn't sound right, but that was a tricky one.

I just tuned a 2005 colorado e40/t42 with a ls1 with a whipple in it. Ran into several of the same problems you are having. Most were issues caused by the harness being done wrong. Had weird fuel problems also but was an easy fix. What year is the colorado?

I got lucky, the harness was done correctly. It is a 2012 Colorado. I'll get some videos on the dyno and the street.

Nice!!! Thanks for the update. Sounds like the file was corrupted at some point.

When you started messing with it did it have a ZL1 factory tune or a Colorado tune that was modified to work for this engine package??? Was some one in there jacking with it before you started???

Glad you got it resolved.

Nobody had done any tuning when I first got it. I received the GMPP LSA computer from GM and the stock 5.3 Colorado. It was probably jacked with though...ECMs don't just go bad. ...or do they?
