Stock LSA tune. I can't upload tune files here anyway.
AC is off and uncharged. They haven't even got that far with the install.
I have some ideas...going to try messing with the throttle diagnostic airflow tables. Its been pullied down so it might be enough to mess with those... Probably won't get to touch it this weekend though. They overnighted a transmission for it Wednesday and its still not here. So its sitting on a lift with no trans at the moment. Its not even my truck and I am sick of these shipping companies dicking around...

Stick or auto. If it's a auto and the tranny isn't installed it could be related to the lack of TCM communication and maybe subbing in a max torque value or throttle limitation that would allow the vehicle to be limped to a shop in the event of a communication failure with the tranny TCM.

No, everything was installed. We've put like 50 miles on it. They just pulled the transmission after they discovered that the 60e was bone stock. The shop that had it before accepted $6k for the trans work and there is nothing to show for it. This thing is a nightmare for everyone.

60e? That ECM is supposed to see request from a 6l90 maybe that's your prob there it's not getting the right communication. If the ECM is running an auto tune I could see that being a prob. Only way I see to run any other trans is to upload a manual trans tune into the ECM and run a controller for the 4l60. I'm not exactly sure why that is but that's what the camaro guys do for the 4l80 swaps and stuff.

They share the same E67 ECM, so it was basically a copy and paste. VIN number is still the truck. In fact, the ECM that came with the harness and the engine had no VIN attached to it. The ECM shows up in HP Tuners as Generic GMPP Engine Computer or something like that.

In order to try ruling out a tuning issue twere one I was fighting. I would find a VIN for a camaro and do a full reflash on the pcm with everything from the camaro using TIS and then delete VATS so it will start. There is probably some little BS something in the tune somewhere causing the problem.
See if that eliminates the problem for troubleshooting sake alone. If it does then you'll have to reflash to the truck VIN and really start taking a look at tables because with a full camaro flash it will not look for the slave TCM to correctly control the rL60E tranny.
