It sounds like you are still hitting a wall with the issues.. but man I would love to see this colorado ripping it's such a cool idea.. why did they go to a 9" instead of a tbss rear??? That's a power robbing MF.

You should hit up Zippy he was at ADS up in phoenix bounce the issue off him he's a wealth of GM info.

They ordered a cts-v fuel pump today. I made sure to let them know the limitations of the returnless system during transient fuel situations, but they're gonna try the bigger pump first. As for the rest of the problems, they have been running the wrong MAF sensor this whole time. So i am hoping swapping to the correct sensor will fix some issues.

Just for fun lol, here are some other projects they have currently in the shop:

Its a shop in Tucson. I don't think the colorado will ever go to a track. Once its running well i will tune it with the help of some local f-bodys and cobras lol.

i was there tonight to talk to the owner of the shop. he has been doing my exhausts on my truck since ive owned it. the owner does bad *** exhaust work. and as far as all this bad *** rides, yes they are real and all in one shop. maybe ill hit them up on my 7 days off in a week, see if i can make some extra cash. too bad almost all those rides wont be locally owned. i would love to run into to those around town or at the track.
the 9" came back out of the colorado. they couldnt get the abs sensors to work with it. its sitting in there pile of parts, which by the way consists of a brand new aluminum 5.3 with 70 miles on it, the moser 9" that is 6 x 5.5 bolt pattern axles.
hopefully you get that colorado all figured out for them, danny said he will bring out to the saterday night meet to do a lil racing before they ship it out.

So, no further progress on this thing. Plugging in the ABS sensors in the rear got rid of the REP mode, but everything else is still jacked up. I think it is due to incorrect throttle feedback, though. Commanded throttle position is much higher than the actual indicated TPS (both sensors) despite the throttle behaving as it should physically. For example, if I have my foot to the floor, the throttle is fully open, but TPS only indicates 39%. This results in a delay in PE and a whole slew of other problems. Far as I can tell, its eiher wiring or ECM. I got a video of it...

Ideas would be much appreciated.
