Anybody have any novel ideas? This thing is a $100k paperweight until it gets fixed.

have you tried to source an actual zl1 ecm? i know that you flashed the zl1 file onto it, but hpt doesn't give 100% ecm access. there maybe something in the backside of the ecm not giving the green light.

Or maybe taking it to a stealership and getting the ZL1 setup flashed into it?

I just tried the GMPP ECM. Does the same thing. Also cool was the fact that after I licensed the ECM to put a VIN in it to make it start, it keeps requesting that I license it again in order to write any more calibrations to it.

I guess John was of no help? While I dont know jackshit about anything later than the 07 operating systems...look at all the simple stuff,maybe it's just something simple someone has missed.

No, John has been helpful. But he is out of guesses just like me This thing is also dropping fuel pressure hard... Anyone know what size fuel lines the CTS-V uses?

is that the fuel pressure in the lower right? looks to be dropping. getting alot of knock, and still very lean
