Default Comments on the Ruger SR-556?

Considering picking up this rifle (Ruger SR-556), anyone have it and like to share their likes and dislikes? I haven't shot it however plan to do so prior to the purchase. Specs seem top notch.

If I were in the market for another piston gun, I would go with LWRC. The ruger feels heavy to me. I own an LWRC PSD in 6.8. I have about 600 rounds through it without issue. Not a huge round count obviously but it is rock solid. I think an LWRC in a similar set-up would be comparable in price.

I've shot one, they are a bit heavy and unbalanced to me but everyone that I've talked to that owns one, really likes it.

Well, bought one and have about 100 rounds through it. I do like it however I want another 400 through it to make a good call. I need to get some optics for it.

I really like the "tuning" function for the gas. I buy many different brands of ammo so I feel this may be a useful option.

I'll post up after a thorough break down / clean and a good 1k rounds through it. I want to make sure the carrier tilt "issue" a piston gun is notorious for is not going to be problem...
