Wow so only certain people can buy silencers?

 

Anyone(thats not a felon) can buy them but you have to fill out a different form to submit to the government. With this legal document I can bypass quite a bit of the BS normally associated with buying these types of items. I fill out a paper and send it in with a copy of my trust and $200 and 6-8 months later I get approval and get my goodies.

 

They are gonna think your a hick.
