FINALLY finished.
ARP upper with YHM Diamond 12"
Spike lower and enhanced LPK with battle trigger
YHM ambi end plate
The complete stock was a freebie, still deciding on what I want, and ordering my mount asap.
First ever AR build, first ever 6.8

That 70 was far too expensive to shoot. And my wife needs something she can shoot a ton with inexpensively. I got a hell of a deal when I bought it. And always wanted a mini. Keeping the. 223 for the zombie apocolypse .

Nice. I like all the punches layin on the floor.
My first build took a lil while. Finally figured out that if you bevel the end of the roll pins they start awhole lot easier. And less scratchs on the receiver from slipping.
So now when are you gonna shoot it?
SSA is having a sale at the moment on loaded ammo $16 per 20 i think.

I plan to shoot it next week, which is my birthday. This weekend if I can swing it. Finals this week are killing me. Suppose to be studying now.
and I had just finished the build (or rather watched the finishing). The guy I traded the mini with is an armorer, and by chance we made the trade. So he came over to assist me as he had the correct tools to do it right. That front take down pin was a bitch. One of the roll pins was incredibly tight, and the back take down doesn't like to budge, it is in there TIGHT. Hopefully after shooting a few times it will booger that hole out some.
Thanks for the heads up on the SSA, there is also a company in Plano, Tx near me who makes ammo, it was linked on 68forums. But that SSA is cheaper. PM me a link.
