never let your friends load your magazines for your Kimber 1911 UC
they might manage to fit a .40cal in the bottom of the magazine.
I was lucky i bought a quality weapon that did not come apart in my hands when the round came out. the extracting paw and barrel look fine, no damage, i was very lucky!

No kidding! Glad no one was hurt! I had a .22 do that once, the case didnt go in the chamber all the way it blew out the case like that. Took out the slide and extractor paw. Luckily I wasnt hurt either
