Unfortunately I don't have any land large enough to go shoot on, and it really sucks paying range fees every time I want to shoot. Once summer rolls around though, I really want to start going to out to some friends hunting leases and stuff to blast off a few hundred rounds of surplus ammo.

Only thing I've killed with my AR is a cow. Friend was killing one for his wedding and I got the honor of blowing it's brains out. Needless to say a shot in the forehead at point blank dropped it instantly. I plan to build a 50cal Beowulf for the next occasion.

Ha. Well a handgun is what you use to fight your way to your rifle. I took the rifle so there would be no fighting :-)
plus 30rds of 40gr vmax with an extra 30rd on hand gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling instead of just 13rd of 180gr bonded hp.

sucks i got side tracked but these are the parts i have sittin around
i got the billet upper and lower from spike's along with a really nice gas piston setup 16" barrel and a few other goodies. i need about another 1k to finish it how i want then put the 4x acog scope on it . should be ready for the big quake lol.
ill post pics tomorrow . i have it set up pretty nice with the logos filled in red .
we have to follow alot of little bs rules in ca but can still own a decent gun. 10rd clips suck though . need to find me some pre bans lol.
