What do you think of the BHW barrel? Did I steer you wrong? I'm a prostaffer for them along with Billy we can get those barrels at dealer cost, but the wait is alittle long right now.

Im a dealer for them also
Fixin to build a 24" 223 AR or a 28" shilen barrel on my Stevens 223. Just gotta make my mind up.

**** im late to the party.
Here is my go to AR.
It has changed face so many times over the years but this is what I ended up with and it is very close to what I used in the sandbox so alas everything that is old becomes new again.
It is a
-DPMS stripped lower (SBR'ed)
-Spikes enhanced lower parts kit
-Tango down pistol grip
-Magpul CTR stock
-LMT upper receiver with a 10.5in heavy profile barrel
-Knights armament rail system
-Aimpoint Comp M2
-Matech Back up Iron Sight
-Gemtech Suppressor
-Surefire classic weapons light that I used for two tours to the sandbox
-Bravo company Gunfighter Charging handle
-LMT BCG
I have approx. 5-7000 rounds through it in all different configurations, and havent had a misfeed or misfire in 3-4000 rounds. It is a fun gun. I teach small time AR handling classes to people in my area and it always gets a wow from first time users when they get some trigger time on it.
