Yea, whoever has it put more than 450 into it. So if its setup the way you like it, jump on it.
I have the hogue stock and its really flimsy. So its no target rifle but it works good for squirrell hunting and such.
What you gonna use it for?

I've had a Ruger 10/22 for quite a few years now. It's a fun little plinking gun, and the kids aren't afraid to shoot it either. I also picked up a couple of Butler Creek 25 round magazines for it, just adds to the fun. I think I gave around $300 for it new, it came with a cheap scope, a strap, and a laminated stock. I think it's stainless, haven't looked at it for a few years....
I'll have to snap a pic of it tonight & post it up. Certainly doesn't look bad-*** like yours does though.

I remember when I got my first 10/22, still have it, but the last one I bought was from K-mart when they still sold guns, I put a bull pup set up on it for a while, that was cool, did the marauder kit next, that was sweeter then the bull pup, put it back to stock so I could use the Hi-cap mags and a better sight.
Theres more like 900 bucks into that little plinker, if it has had good ammo and cleaned after shooting those things will last at least one generation of grand kids. If something does go wrong or need replaced, a trip to any gun shop or bass pro/gander will get it back up and running.
Buy it,run good ammo, have cheap fun, Nothing beats putting the crosshairs on a bulleyes and threading the needle time after time.....
