I bought my LS1 short block off Mike Haddad..Same thing..cool guy , but I asked for a quote after my install for some work and it sounded very expensive...

I figured as much....It was wierd when the mechanic next door who was storing my ls1 in his garage said " I do work for him sometimes" when I asked if he worked for Haddad...The place specialized in foreign crap
The quality of his work is not great. He talks as if what your paying him for is gonna be done but he doesn't do any of the work himself, and his minions who do the work don't quite do the job he claimed was gonna get done.
