Nope, it won't. Different exhaust hanger locations from what I'm told.

too bad it wont fit my denali, i want a magnaflow setup. However you have a crew and i have a ext. cab.

I'm pretty sure it won't fit. Well, it would if you had a shop relocate the exhaust hangers, but then it wouldn't be quite as clean.
