Thank's guy's. I grew up in porterville, Ca and lived there until 3 years ago when I moved to COS. It is a shitty area that's why I left. COS is a beautiful area and I hate to move, but it's just too far from family, and friends.

 

why dont you move further up! closer to fresno or somthing

Sell your old house before you buy a new one unless you have plenty of money sitting idle. Heard of to many people buying a new house before selling the old one and getting into a bind, especially with the economy the way it is.
