OK, went out and looked at a rental house tonight. All I can say is HOLY FREAKING COW
Roughly an 1800 sq ft garage, 3300 sq ft of living space, an easy 4500 sq ft barn, a 600 sq ft unattached guest house, 4 acres, a pond setup with a bridge to an island in the middle, a fenced in area for the dogs, did I mention a FREAKIN 1800 SQ FT GARAGE?
Awesome. It is more then what we wanted to spend, but it is do-able. Hoping it works out.
Edited for weirdo prevention, everything in the block square in with the house.
