Ok, so my gf's sister and brother in law are coming to stay with us that weekend. 
I've tried to reschedule for another weekend, but we all know how that goes. I don't know how this is going to work, but I'm going to try to get off the hook on this one, since I've already commited to you guys. 
If not, I'll just disappear for 8 hours or so and head up there and just run the Ty.

we have the time and the place, we just need the exact "place" in Phoenix. I am sure if we choose a place we can find a hotel that will discount for a group.
