HA! I don't know of any shop that's good at tuning LSX engines around here. Phoenix has a bunch of course. I don't know if there are any that do it at all around here. Your best bet would be to do it yourself. As for dynos, IA Performance has a nice new AWD Mustang dyno. Your truck probably won't fit on the Addictive Racing dyno, I know mine won't.
What kind of tune are you needing exactly?

You pretty much described the truck I've been driving for the past 2.5 years. I've been the mail order route, and and with the 2000 PCM's inept nature coupled with boost, it doesn't work too well. I had a mail order tune that was serverly lean and I unfortunatley found out on the dyno. Since then I've tuned it myself and its much more driveable and makes more power. Most dyno shops here will look at you like your crazy since they cater to fart pipes and big wings.
I have HPT, and seeing as I have pretty much the same setup, I could do a pretty decent tune for you. I think a street tune would be best though before you take it to a dyno and waste valuable time tuning part throttle on IA's dyno. I recommend a custom OS with a 2 or 3bar SD tune. How much boost are you planning on running? Any meth? PM me if you're interested.
