someone here has to learn how to tune!! im tired of all these tuners taking their sweet damn time.. and charging us for it too... i know all you guys know how i feel... i came over and swapped in a GM motor into my truck because of all the aftermarket products and easily/available tuning.. but theres not a tuner out here in the SFV that is doing any work!!

so either Alex .. gonna start learning to tune.. or ima go to the efi live school to learn this *ish.. cause my patience is running out..

i think my trucks gonna go out to Ryne @ CMS... ive been waiting on BB to get a mail-order tune right for some time now.. i know a bunch of others also waiting on their tunes as well..

getting some lessons in two weeks for tunning but not messing with ur truck! lol.. btw i just got my tune today.jeje yay. finally. but not really stressed since ima swap the other cam soon so ill need another one again..lol

First I want to be the one to say...I am glad to see Chevy power in a Toyota.

HP tuners and Wheatley...he emails you the tune...no waiting on the post man. He is normally pretty quick with a turn around. You log and send it to him, he works his magic and sends you an updated tune.

And I believe he offers lifetime updates to the tune...you change the cam or something, let him know and he changes your tune.

It's like a sore pecker...you just can't beat it.

My buddies slow extended behemouth CAB needs serious tuning work has a side mount used to haul *** till some Dork at a trans shop "tuned" it after a hack trans job gone amuck

anyhow I'm considering ls1 edit or hp tuners with ecm suite my buddy will split the cost

no lock up in 3rd or 4th and it seems to over rev on 1-2 WOT shift, and it won't shift to 2nd until you lift off the gas a little

Sounds to me like his 2-4 band miht be slipping

nothing slips guys

trans is all new inside 1-2 shift crisp
2-3 crisp 3-4 seems a little delayed time wise but again no
hint of slip

ecm is not commanding the shifts at appropriate TPS% again trans guy fugged with the tune had no idea
(He's a ford guy from what I gathered) you guys have seem Him at fontucky no doubt
